How delivery time is calculated
Total delivery time = Processing time + Transit time.
- Processing time: 1–3 business days. Every item is printed and made to order, so we need this window to produce your item(s) before they ship.
- Transit time: 7–15 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.
Transit times do not include weekends or public holidays, and may be extended during peak seasons (major holidays, promotional periods) or due to customs processing outside our control.
Order tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates can take 48–72 hours to first appear — this is normal. If you don't see any movement after 3 business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by and charged in accordance with the local customs policies of your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping address changes
Once an order is placed, we begin production quickly, so we can't guarantee an address change after checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we can't make changes after fulfillment has started.
